Kaylee girl hasn’t been herself these last weeks (months, years?). It’s a long story I am still sorting out, so once I have a handle it will be shared here.
Recently, I shared that I decided to join E-Mealz. I am modifying things a bit because, well, we have a houseful of picky eaters.
Here’s the Polka Dot Modified Gluten Free Menu for this week
Layered Meatloaf/Rice/Salad (Yum, right?)
*Broccoli Baked Potatoes/Salad
Bacon Cheeseburger Quiche/Salad
Pork Ribs/Mashed Potatoes/Salad
*Tortilla Soup/Corn Chips/Salad
We gave up sweet treats & eating out as a family for Lent. So, there won’t be desserts going on except some Sundays… We generally enjoy a fruit salad after dinner on Wednesdays and a more traditional dessert on Sunday.
* Meatless meals- I’ve discovered that by serving two meatless meals a week, I can save $80-100/mo on our grocery budget… so, even if this wasn’t the Lenten season, we would be enjoying meatless days.
