Rice, Coleman Natural Chicken Meatballs and Cabbage
The first picture looks good…any sauce served with it?
We just used wheat free tamari (soy sauce) with this meal. However, we have used cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup as a sauce as well. (It’s super yummy!).
The “white chili” was super easy… I soaked 2 cups of white (navy) beans and 1/2 cup of black beans (dry) over night. Then I simmered for about one hour and thirty minutes. Then I added diced cooked chicken thigh pieces, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, garlic and dried onion and simmered until it was done (taste test method). Super yummy sprinkled with cheese or sour cream and salsa.
