What’s up with that scary looking doll head in the second picture?

I knew I should have written something about the second face in K3’s picture! There is a clock tower that “comes to life” several times a day. The animals sing about nature and that scary looking doll face is the little cub scout who is lost in the woods. He pops up out of the tree stump during the show.
